So, here we are, at the end of a 3-week rehearsal period for Slattery’s Sago Saga. I woke up this morning exhausted and I am not even in the rehearsal room! I have missed both Wimbledon and most of the World Cup this year, but I get over that 🙂
The 2nd run-through on Thursday was very, very good. Such a clever script, fantastic acting and awesome direction. I wish I could be a punter to experience the play for the first time in the surroundings of Rathfarnham Castle next weekend. You guys are in for a treat.
I could put up photos of the run (and I might later – if you can’t wait, they are on our Facebook Page), but they are nowhere near as good as Ciaran Bagnall’s from the first run and I thought I might pay a small tribute to the hard working guys behind the scenes. Not all were present.
